Welcome to your story. In this three hour Circle we will explore our own stories through myth, legend, and folk tale. We will start to unearth that divine feminine spark that we have kept buried for safety's sake.

Everyone has a story that we seldom share with others. Fear often keeps us quiet. Fear of judgement by others and our own inner perfectionist.
​
We will use ritual and storytelling to begin feeling safe in our surrounding and in our own heads and hearts. Rituals may include meditation, candle or crystal gazing, oracle cards, crafting, painting and an endless array of other tools.

This hour and a half long Circle is all about embodiment. If you'd like to express yourself in more physical and hands-on ways I invite you to join us. Here, Tai Chi, Yoga, Qigong and Freeform Dance reign. Art and sound are queens.
​
In this Circle we will use our bodies as a means to express those feelings and ideas that we've kept to ourselves. The intention is to move energy through our bodies to release stuck emotions, and to feel comfortable in our bodies as they are, not as society tells us they should be.
It is NOT a marathon of sweating and panting. It will be a fun, loving and joyful exploration of our physical beings.

Sit down. Settle in. Get comfortable and join us for tea. Sisterhood is shared in the quiet contemplation of tea...and the eating of delicious treats from local bakeries.

This Circle is all about the simple pleasures of the soul. We will take time to boil the water. We will chat about the mysteries of life while the tea steeps or remain silent as our own hearts dictate. We will enjoy the company of other women as we indulge in sweet treats.

It is the small, simple moments that can heal a soul.
